Although this is our first time organizing an event overseas, can we entrust the entire process to you? Also, are you able to handle events held in Japan by foreign companies?
Yes, we can take care of the entire process in both cases.
We can support not only Japanese companies hosting events overseas (in the U.S., Europe, Asia, etc.) but also foreign companies holding events or exhibitions in Japan, handling everything from local coordination and language support to overall event management.
If you’re unsure about dealing with overseas partners, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We also welcome partial support requests, such as helping only with the areas where you need extra hands.
Is it possible to request partial support, such as handling only the booth design?
Of course, that’s possible.
While many clients request our services from strategy planning to performance measurement, we also frequently handle partial requests, such as booth design only or staffing support.
